Jolandi grew up in Windhoek and Matriculated from Windhoek Afrikaanse Private School. She moved to Stellenbosch in 2016 where she graduated from Stellenbosch University with her LLB. She started working at Rufus Dercksen Inc. in 2022.

In her private time, Jolandi enjoys baking and cooking, spending time with family and friends and exploring the wonderful scenery around the Cape Winelands.

She believes and lives according to the saying “You can close your eyes to the things you don’t want to see, but you can’t close your heart to the things you don’t want to feel” and she believes that the law provides opportunities to make this not just a quote, but a reality.
