Keila Els

Keila grew up in the Free State and matriculated from Hentie Cilliers High School in 2021. She went on to obtain her LLB from the North West University in 2025, where she developed a strong interest in litigation, commercial law, and client-focused legal practice. 

During her studies, Keila gained valuable practical experience through internships at several established law firms, further strengthening her practical legal skills and commitment to the profession.

In 2026, Keila relocated to Cape Town to join Rufus Dercksen Inc. as a candidate attorney. She is dedicated to delivering professional, ethical, and diligent legal services and is passionate about continuous learning while striving to uphold the highest standards of the legal profession.

Outside of the office, Keila enjoys exploring hidden gems with her best friend, spending movie nights with her English Bulldog, Biela, and embracing an active lifestyle through paddle, jogging, and other outdoor activities with her family.
