Hailing from the sunny landscapes of Namibia, Lané grew up in the small town of Outjo. She brought her passion for people management south, graduating from Stellenbosch University with a degree in Human Resource Management in 2023, swiftly followed by her Honours in Human Resource Management in 2024.

Lané officially joined the team mid-year in 2025 as the Practice Manager, bringing her sharp organisational skills and can-do attitude to the fore. Always striving to expand her expertise, she is currently obtaining her qualification to be a qualified liquidator.

When she steps away from the office, Lané is an avid outdoor enthusiast. She enjoys a challenging hunt and the quiet contemplation of fishing. Outside of her adventures, she places high value on spending time with quality company and appreciates fine and tasteful cuisine gatherings.
